Privacy policy
This policy explains how PROAGO Face-to-Face Marketing (“PROAGO”, “we”) handles your personal data when you support PROAGO, fill in a form or contact us through www.proagomarketing.lu.
Who is responsible
PROAGO Face-to-Face Marketing, 41 Avenue de la Gare, L-1611 Luxembourg, is the controller of your data. You can reach us at info@proagomarketing.lu or +352 691 337 633.
What we collect
When you support PROAGO: your first name and surname, email address, phone number, postal address, the amount and frequency of your support, your gift choice, your optional recruiter code and your consent choices. When you contact us or apply: the information you send us, including any file you attach. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us.
Why we use it
To process and confirm your support and send your receipt, welcome email and gift (performance of a contract). To meet our accounting and legal duties (legal obligation). To answer your questions and applications (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps). To know who introduced you, if you enter a recruiter code (legitimate interest). To send PROAGO news and the Crew journal, only if you tick the optional box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who receives it
Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting of the payment form), Brevo (sending of emails), Odoo (our website and business software) and, if you use address suggestions, Photon by komoot, which receives the text you type in the street field in order to suggest addresses. These providers act on our behalf or provide their own service under data-protection rules. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards required by law, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. For supporters: for the duration of the support and then for the legal retention period that applies to accounting records. For contact requests and applications: for a reasonable period after our last exchange. For the newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@proagomarketing.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page. Last update: October 2026.
