Support for PROAGO
General terms and conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Who we are
PROAGO Face To Face Marketing, 41 Avenue de la Gare, L-1611 Luxembourg, VAT LU36166962 (“PROAGO”).
2. Purpose
These terms apply to the voluntary financial support (“contribution”) you give to PROAGO through our website, either every month or as a one-time payment.
3. Nature of the contribution
Your contribution supports the activity of a commercial company. It is not a donation to a charity, a loan or an investment, and it gives no right to shares, interest, profit or repayment.
The examples shown on the support page (for instance, one day of promoting our job openings) are indicative illustrations of what a contribution represents. They are not a commitment to allocate your money to a specific expense.
4. Amount and payment
You choose the amount (minimum €5, maximum €5,000). Payments are made in euros and processed by Stripe. PROAGO never sees or stores your card details.
Monthly support is charged automatically every month, on the day of your first payment, until you stop it. A one-time contribution is charged once.
5. Stopping your support
You can stop your monthly support at any time, at no cost, by writing to us (see Contact below). The stop applies to the next payment. Payments already made remain with PROAGO, except in case of a payment error or where the law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds and payment errors
If you notice a payment error or do not recognise a charge, write to us. We will review your request and reply as soon as possible. Your mandatory legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Personal data
PROAGO processes your name, email address and payment information to manage your contribution and, where relevant, to keep you informed about the programme. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. You have the rights set out in the GDPR (access, correction, deletion, objection); write to us to exercise them.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply to future contributions, and important changes will be communicated to monthly supporters.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
